l’ve spent more than 25 years leading businesses, functions and teams, with responsibilities spanning P&L leadership, commercial growth, product and portfolio strategy, operations, innovation and organizational transformation.
Much of that experience was built in healthcare and medical technology-complex environments where customer needs, technology, regulation, product development, commercial execution and operations have to work together.
More recently, my work has extended into SaaS platforms, digital products and Al-enabled solutions, providing another perspective on how technology can be applied to solve operational and customer problems.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across functions rather than within a single discipline. That experience-connecting strategy, customers, product, technology, commercial execution, operations, people and financial performance-is what I bring to CairnWay engagements.
